GDrip is an email automation platform that allows users to send personalized business emails from their Gmail accounts using Gmail's API. Our service helps users automate their legitimate business communication campaigns while maintaining compliance with email service provider policies and anti-spam regulations.

3. ANTI-SPAM POLICY AND CONSENT REQUIREMENTS

3.1 Anti-Spam Policy

GDrip is committed to preventing spam and ensuring all emails sent through our service comply with anti-spam laws and regulations. We strictly prohibit:

- Sending unsolicited commercial emails (spam)
- Using purchased, rented, or harvested email lists
- Sending emails to recipients who have not given explicit consent
- Violating CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, CCPA, or other applicable laws
- Sending emails with misleading subject lines or sender information
- Failing to include proper unsubscribe mechanisms

3.2 Consent Requirements

You MUST only send emails to recipients who have given EXPLICIT CONSENT to receive commercial emails from you. Valid consent includes:

- Existing customers who explicitly agreed to receive marketing emails
- Business contacts who gave you their email address and permission to contact them
- Recipients who engaged with your business and provided their email address

3.3 Prohibited Practices

You may NOT send emails to:
- Purchased, rented, or scraped email lists
- Recipients who have not given explicit consent
- Recipients who have unsubscribed from your communications
- Recipients who have not engaged with your business
- Email addresses obtained through web scraping or harvesting
- Lists from third-party vendors without proof of consent

3.4 Required Email Elements

All emails sent through GDrip must include:
- Accurate sender information (your real name and email address)
- Clear subject line that accurately describes the email content
- Physical mailing address (as required by CAN-SPAM Act)
- Clear and conspicuous unsubscribe link
- Honest and non-misleading content

3.5 Unsubscribe Compliance

You must:
- Honor unsubscribe requests within 10 business days
- Remove unsubscribed recipients from all future campaigns
- Provide clear and easy unsubscribe mechanisms
- Not charge fees or require additional information to unsubscribe

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:
- Use the service only for legitimate business purposes
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, and CCPA
- Only send emails to recipients who have given explicit consent
- Not send spam, unsolicited commercial emails, or engage in email harvesting
- Respect recipient preferences and honor unsubscribe requests immediately
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date contact information
- Use reasonable daily sending limits to avoid being flagged as spam
- Not use the service to send malicious, fraudulent, or illegal content
- Provide clear unsubscribe mechanisms in all emails
- Include accurate sender information in all emails

5. Gmail API Usage and Google User Data

5.1 Gmail API Integration

Our service integrates with Gmail's API. You must:
- Provide valid Gmail account credentials
- Grant necessary permissions for our service to send emails on your behalf
- Understand that Gmail's terms of service also apply to your use of our service
- Accept that Gmail may impose additional restrictions or limitations
- Comply with Google's API Services User Data Policy

5.2 Google User Data Authorization

By connecting your Gmail account, you authorize gdrip.co to send emails on your behalf using the Gmail API. You acknowledge that gdrip.co will not access, read, or store your Gmail messages and that all sending activity is explicitly initiated by you.

5.3 Gmail API Scope Usage

gdrip.co only requests the gmail.send scope. This scope is used solely to send emails that the user composes and approves inside gdrip.co.

We do not read, modify, or store the contents of your Gmail inbox, drafts, or labels.

All emails are delivered through the Gmail API and automatically appear in your Gmail "Sent" folder.

5.4 User Control and Data Protection

- gdrip.co only sends emails when you explicitly schedule or initiate them
- We do not send messages without user action
- Users can disconnect their Google account at any time
- We do not sell, share, or provide your Gmail data to third parties
- Data is only transmitted to Google for the purpose of sending messages you approve

6. Subscription and Payment

- Service is provided on a subscription basis
- Monthly subscription fee of $9 applies
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
- Full refund available within 7 days of initial purchase

7. Data Collection and Privacy

We collect:
- Name, email, and payment information
- Gmail API tokens (stored securely)
- Contact lists you upload (with consent verification)
- Email campaign data and analytics
- Usage statistics and performance metrics

8. Service Limitations

- Daily email sending limits apply (1-500 emails per day based on Gmail account type)
- Service availability depends on Gmail API status
- We reserve the right to modify limits or suspend service for compliance

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not:
- Send emails to purchased or harvested email lists
- Use the service for spam or unsolicited bulk emails
- Send emails to recipients without explicit consent
- Violate Gmail's terms of service
- Attempt to circumvent sending limits

- Share account access with unauthorized users

GDrip is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:
- Email delivery failures
- Gmail account restrictions or suspensions
- Data loss or corruption
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Violations of consent requirements by users

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
